We will return to Derham Lounge, The Winter Gardens, Blackpool from 24 September onwards

This is a FREE event. The focus is singing for well-being.

Description

Following a successful pilot project supported by Santander, and with support from Blackpool Council, we are excited to continue this group and to open it out to anyone who is interested in singing for well-being.

We have seen how coming together as a group and sharing well-known songs can have a huge impact on how you feel and we hope our new singing group will meet regularly to explore a range of different songs – everything from Motown to Musicals and more and maybe build enough confidence to be able to share their songs at events in the local area….

This group will be led by our  Associate Artist Phill Fairhurst, who trained in Music and has a broad range of skills and experience in relation to theatre, music and community working.

“They are so happy after these sessions and talk about it all week”

Or just come along and see if it tickles your fancy!
So far everyone who attends has said that feel better after the sessions than they did beforehand – that’s not a bad recommendation!
